Andy Mullins is a member of the Executive Board of the America-Bosnia Foundation. Previously, he served as Assistant Coordinator of the 2012 CTR/ABF Southeast European Economic Forum. Andy is a Visiting Scholar at the SAIS Center for Transatlantic Relations at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC. He is the co-author, with CTR Senior Fellow Sasha Toperich, of A New Paradigm for the Mediterranean (2013, forthcoming), a monograph that sets the stage for the CTR/ABF Mediterranean Basin Project. He is also the author of Reconciliation or Reckoning?: Massacres, Memory, and Politics in Independent Slovenia (2011) Andy was a Title VI Foreign Language Area Studies Fellow at the University of Washington’s Ellison Center for Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies, where he earned a MA in 2011 and a BA in 2007. In addition to the University of Washington, he has studied at the University of Ljubljana and Trinity College, Dublin. He has worked as a translator and correspondent for Sarajevo’s Oslobođenje newspaper. He is a founding member of Seattle’s Slovenian cultural society Slovenska miza. Andy lives in New York City.
