President of the World Bank James D. Wolfensohn hosts Gala Event on June 16, 2003 at the IFC Auditorium

The World Bank, in cooperation with the America - Bosnia Foundation, presented an evening of "Music and Art from Bosnia and Herzegovina". The evening included a concert of classical music and a presentation of the cultural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Commission to Preserve National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Opening remarks were given by the Director of the Commission, Ms. Amra Hadzimuhamedovic. A video presentation followed and posters with Bosnian heritage were displayed at the IFC Hall.
Four young and upcoming Bosnian musicians performed at this event: Adema Pljevljak (soprano), Suncica Loncar (flute), Vedran Tuce (clarinet), and Dragan Opancic (piano).
